Celebrating our First Anniversary

To our valued community of clients, networks, and industry associates,

We write this note on celebration of our first anniversary as Archer Gowland Redshaw, and to thank you for your continued support across the past year.

The last 12 months’ has been a terrific journey, although one that has been unlike any other against the backdrop of a global pandemic.

On 1 August 2020, we brought together Archer Gowland & MRG Redshaw to form Archer Gowland Redshaw. It was our view to build one firm with aligned values and beliefs that could not only support the needs of clients and our network of industry associates, but thrive in servicing your obligations to achieve your goals and aspirations.

As we’re sure you can appreciate, there is always a level of unknown when two organisations become one, but the last year as AGR has continually demonstrated the positive and exciting decision it was combining two well-regarded and recognised practices. A decision which has showcased collaboration and commitment at all levels on a constant basis, with our clients always front of mind.

We’re proud to say that we have built a firm and culture which reflects that of our mission and in doing so, provides a platform for further growth, development and accomplishment at individual and business levels.

So where to from here?

As we look to the future, our firm remains committed to innovation, especially in our client-orientated approach to supporting your needs. We’re eager to remain at the forefront of best-practice, leveraging new platforms of connection and providing you (our clients and connections) with the services, resources and insights all designed to help in building your business.

A note to our team

Business success is nothing without the people within it. As such, we’d like to acknowledge and thank our staff for the tremendous effort they have displayed over the year. Leveraging your expertise and experience throughout the integration process, we’ve been able to make the transition as seamless as possible.

To our staff – thank you – without your passion, input, ideas and assistance, we wouldn’t have been able to make this happen, especially in times of physical disconnect.

Lastly …

As it is difficult to celebrate the following together through a large gathering at this time, we’d instead like to take this opportunity to highlight the various milestones achieved throughout the year – namely a new leadership team, staff cohort, client successes, the move to one office location in the Brisbane CBD, and the recent launch of our new website.
