# Building Your Business Podcast - Season 4

Welcome to a new year of the *Building Your Business* podcast for 2023!

We're excited to be returning back for Season 4 of our series, where across the year, I will be joined by a brand new cohort of leading C-Suite Executives and senior business leaders from across industry.

As I welcome guests, alongside AGR Directors - Ian Walker, Smiljan Jankovic, and Valda Glynn - we'll look to discuss some of the biggest challenges many businesses may face in 2023 and provide you with the critical insights into how to continue in building your business for the future.

With predicted challenges including fast-rising inflation & Interest Rates, cyber security, maintaining the fundamentals of running a business, and the race for talent (a reoccurring trend in 2022), our line-up this year features individuals from the areas of Law, Banking Entrepreneurship, Management Rights, Consulting, and SME Business Specialists, among other industries.

We'll also be continuing our special interest episodes this year, as well as featuring more mini-episodes than ever, giving you bite-size takeaways to better your business.
