QBCC Lodgment Reminder - March 31: Self-Certifying 1 & 2 Categories

For QBCC licence holders of Self-Certifying Category 1 (SC 1) and Self-Certifying Category 2 (SC 2), a reminder you have until 31 March 2022 to submit your annual financial information, outlining compliance with requirements.

To lodge your most recent financial information (30 June Financials), you must do so via the following steps:

  • Log into 'myQBCC' online portal
  • Click 'My Forms'
  • Select 'Self-Certifying 1' & 'Self-Certifying 2' forms
  • Confirm your details are current and up-to-date
  • Enter your Revenue & Expenses and Assets & Liabilities
  • Agree to the Declaration and click 'Submit'

The MFR Regulations and Annual Reporting aims to ensure building contactors who operate within Queensland have a viable business, with sufficient level of working capital. It is important to demonstrate accordance with the Framework, as penalties for non-compliance can include certain licence conditions, suspensions, or cancellation of QBCC licence.
